A bit about how I got here.

I've worked on customer acquisition from both sides of the table: inside growth-focused organisations, and alongside the agencies they hired. From both seats, I kept seeing the same thing. Plenty of activity, not nearly enough clarity.

Teams working hard. Money going out. But no clear line between the effort and the outcome. That is why I created Better Stronger.

Technology, marketing and AI are powerful enablers, but they were never the answer on their own. Real results come from people working together, with clarity, commitment and a shared goal.
